Two polished hardwood studios above Ipswich Road, available for dance practice, private lessons, workshops, photo shoots and parties. Mirrors, sound systems, air conditioning and a kitchenette included.

Studio 1, the front room
The larger of the two rooms: a big, open hardwood floor with full-length mirrors, red stage curtains and the reception lounge.
Studio 1 suits group classes, workshops, team rehearsals and parties. It has its own sound system with Bluetooth and AUX connection, party lights, and plenty of seating.
$55/hour (or a discounted $30/hour for private lessons and small practice groups)
Studio 2, the back room
The back studio pairs full-length mirrors with our colourful mural wall.
A favourite for private lessons, practice sessions, video shoots and smaller classes, with its own Bluetooth sound system.
$44/hour (or a discounted $25/hour for private lessons and small practice groups)
Or take the whole floor
Hire both rooms together for parties and larger events: $88/hour.
Whole-floor hire includes the reception lounge and kitchenette with trestle tables. Parties always require whole-floor hire, so your guests have the place to themselves.

Self-Service Booking System for Regular Hirers
Regular hirers, such as those booking for private lessons and practice, book and pay online, any time, through our self-service booking system.

One-off events are booked through reception with an invoice; a 50% deposit confirms your date. When food or drinks are served, a $110 refundable cleaning bond applies.

Some important rules
- Look after the floors: no talcum powder, no candles or open flames, and mop up spills straight away
- Keep music and noise considerate before 4:30pm (there's a shop below) and after 11:30pm
- Tap dancing isn't permitted
- Hirers arrange their own public liability insurance
- Leave the studio as you found it and there are no cleaning fees
- Full hire conditions are provided when you book
